Online booking

A widget to paste into your website. The student picks a package, a date and a slot, then pays by card. You get the booking in the admin and by email. Capacity, the 48-hour cutoff and the seat held for manual bookings are checked server-side. No double bookings.

Coach scheduling

Seven-day view, student names, levels, per-seat fill gauges. Each coach sees only their own slots, adds notes after class, and subscribes their phone calendar to a personal iCal feed.

Passwordless student portal

After each booking, the student gets a magic link by email. They type the first three letters of their first name to confirm, and find their bookings, history, coach notes and prepaid passes. No account to create.
